New Loves v.8

Good Morning! I'm up way earlier than I need to be on this lovely, brisk Wednesday morning, and since I got too caught up yesterday (w/ laundry & housework) for my New Loves post, I'm going to make up for it this morning! Today's artist edition of New Loves was actually brought to my attention by a lovely style blogger, and Butter Toast shopper, Celine of The Wardrobe Diaries. Her sister, Danielle, is an artist with a woodland flair, and her Etsy shop Larkspur Studio is loaded with whimsical wonders.

Swoon Saturday.

I can't even describe what a beautiful morning it is. 

I have the shop door and windows open creating the most lovely breeze.

I'm so in love with how great the weather has been lately, and it's only going to get better!

Besides the weather, I'd like to share a few other things I'm swooning over this lovely Saturday...

This beautiful chair I spotted yesterday on Apartment Therapy.

This wee espresso cup I found here....I could actually really use a shot right now. Maybe I'll take a quick stroll to Tammie Coe's across the street...they serve my very favorite espresso, Illy.

This precious little handmade terrarium, with vintage tea cup...swoon.

This pretty fabric bunted banner I found on Etsy via lynchgirl.
The next big project for the Mister and I is to create a little backyard haven for ourselves (now that it's finally getting cooler.) I think a vintage fabric bunted garland (so to say) would be so fantastic in our itty bitty backyard.

Hey, hey.

Man-o-man, I've had an exhausting day. I just spent the last 9+ hours on my feet, and it feels beyond amazing to sit down right now to ponder wonderful things.

New Loves v.4

Hello Tuesday! I hope everyone's week has started off well. I know Phoenix locals have had a great start to the week. Why? Cooler weather!! And rain!! Two things we've been missing for such a long time...

This week's new loves comes from a whimsical artist by the name of Emma Block. I stumbled upon her via flickr, and fell in love with so much of her work. I desperately wish I could come up with such beautiful images in my head and be able to translate them into art. Kudos to her!

Guess her medium for this one....coffee! How incredible!
