Art Detour 23

Well hello. Long time, no blog...again. March has been busy busy!! I just wanted to quickly share a few photos I got on my phone from this past weekend, Art Detour 23. I wish I got more, I feel so bad because I wasn't able to take photos of each booth, as other things were stealing my attention. 

Overall, it was a really fun weekend, I got to meet so many new amazing people and develop several new friendships! I want to thank all of our vendors for a lovely weekend!! I highly recommend checking out Brandi's blog and Kat's blog. I've followed these ladies' blogs for several months now, it was first time meeting them in person, and they are so, so great! While you're at it, check out this post from Kat, and this post from Brandi about their Art Detour experiences!

Butter Toast Boutique teams up with Tom's Shoes for a Charity Event!

Hey Phoenix!

We want to let everyone know of a really great event that we are participating in this Friday. Tom's Shoes is going on a nationwide tour, stopping in major cities to hold an artist-inspired charity event. Basically, for every pair of Tom's Shoes purchased at the event, Tom's is going to donate a 2nd pair of shoes to a child in need- one for one. The interesting part of the event is that there are going to be several local artists who will paint/decorate/floss out your new Tom's shoes however you want! It's going to be a really fun way to get creaitive and be charitiable at the same time! Along with the artist attractions there will be music, food, and other activities to participate in. There are a ton of great local businesses and artists who are contributing to the event-- It's a great way to come together, network and learn about the community. The event will be held at the church on 43rd Ave and Bell Rd in Phoenix (I'm sorry, the name of it escapes me at the moment) on this Friday, April 24th @ 6:00pm. We hope to see you there!!
